Ash Olsen has finally taken a step back from MK, her disfunctional twin. I'm glad the non-(publicly)-ED riddled member of the former tween-idolized-pair didn't completely fade into the background of MK's media frenzy.

Ash has graced the cover of Nylon (my FAVORITE fashion magazine). Although she did the cover solo, A didn't managed to completely separate from her sister. She answers every question in the "we" tense. Hmmm... separation anxiety?

Ashlee Simpson will now be the new Sketchers spokesperson. "I grew up wearing SKECHERS. Like me, they are not afraid of taking chances and having fun," says Ashlee. Um, hopefully this new adventure won't fall through like her last one. Botched rhinoplasty, anyone?

Nicole Richie told Scotland's Daily Record that she is working on an album. "The songs are about what's going on in my life, growing up and becoming a woman. They are about realizing what's great and what's so wonderful about life and being on this earth and living the way that I live," says Richie.
